Quieter side breezeway entrance, 1 bedroom, 1 bath which sleeps 4 people. One double bed and a thick queen sized futon. Includes 4 beach tags (beach tags not guaranteed), books, two TV/VCR's videos and DVD's (children selections included), 2 phones and verizon wireless interent, and 2 coffee makers. New kitchen w/granite countertops, dishwasher, garbage disposal and new cabinets. Extra storage w/new bedroom cabinets plus closet. $25 discount for renting multiple weeks in July or August.
