This charming single family home warms the heart from the enclosed front porch to the original hardwood floors. A popular guarded swimming beach is just down the street, and Ocean City's famous boardwalk starts within a few short blocks of this location. One bedroom and bath are on the first floor, along with the living area, and there are three bedrooms and a bath on the second floor. A maximum of 2 dogs are permitted in this property with a nonrefundable pet charge of $200.00 and is subject to owner approval.
