This 4 bedroom beach house has a great view of the ocean sunrise from the East on the ocean side deck. Our property is well maintained and recently vinyl resided, queen bed and private bath with Jacuzzi in master bedroom, two twin beds in each of other 3 bedrooms. Beach tags are provided. Outside shower allows cleanup before reentering the house. This beach house is decorated with a homey, beach atmosphere. Garage with opener and off street parking and garage for up to two cars. Conveniently located near 34th Street entrance to the island, near Acme, CVS, restaurants, community area with playground, tennis courts, and basketball courts. Bring your bikes! Ocean City is bicycle friendly with specified lanes. Memorial Day through Labor Day, Ocean City operates trolley service to downtown and the boardwalk with pickup right on Central Avenue in front of the beach house. The beach is right around the corner!
Corson's Inlet State Park, fire/rescue station, playground, post office, boat launching ramp, dog park, street hockey rink, close to Strathmere and Sea Isle, tennis courts, basketball courts, shopping, bicycle rentals, supermarkets, marina, boat slip rentals, marine supplies, surf shops, produce market, kayak sales and rentals, convenience stores, banks, restaurants, gas stations, 34th St. lifeguard station, Churches
