There is no one below you. You do not need to worry if your children are running. There is no one above you. You will not hear anyone above you. This is a private home with a private beach level deck. Upon entering the property you can't help but notice the beautiful landscaping which stretches along the entire block of Wesley Ave. Load up the ELEVATOR with your luggage and/or groceries and take it to the 3rd floor where you will find the 1st bedroom out of 5!! The West Wing Bedroom: There are 2 twin beds in this spacious size room with its own Private bath. Go ahead and start off your stay by soothing out your tensions in the Large Royal Blue JACUZZI TUB or just take a HOT STEAM shower. Spacious Corian Counter tops, Imported Tile Flooring and all the convenience of home. Gas Stove, Toaster, Microwave, Garbage disposal, Dishwasher, Huge Refrigerator with Ice maker, Coffee pot, Dishes, Pots, Serving Bowls, Chef Knives and all the necessary Utensils and Flatware! Just bring the seasoning and dinner is served on the large imported corian dining area. Step on out from the Cabana to the Huge furnished PRIVATE Beachfront deck. 8 to 10 Beach Chairs are available and an outside shower is provided. In TOTAL this Beachfront home sleeps 12!!
