Ocean City's gently sloping bathing beaches of clean white soft sand and the World Famous Ocean City Boardwalk with Gillian's Wonderland Pier, Johnson's Carmel Corn, Kohr Brother Frozen Custard, Mack and Manco Pizza Shriver's Salt Water Taffy and so many other great places to shop and play are only 1/2 block from this first floor 2 bedroom 1 bath condo. One bedroom has a queen bed the other has the two twin beds. The Kitchen was redone in 2011 and is small and efficient. There is a full size gas stove, oven, dishwasher, garbage disposal and refrigerator. The dining table seats four people. Cable Television and Air Conditioning. The tiled bathroom has a corner shower. There is also an outside enclosed shower. The side porch and yard with beautiful flowering gardens has a charcoal grill for those evening cookouts before a night at the casinos in Atlantic City, a stroll on the boardwalk, a sunset cruise, a night in Cape May or just a quiet walk on the beach. A modest clean, affordably priced condo in "Americas Greatest Family Resort". A pet is permitted in this property with an additional nonİrefundable charge of $100.00 and is subject to owner approval.
