This authentic Ocean City Gardens beach house, built as a summer home in 1929, is just a few houses from two popular swimming beaches and a short block and a half to the island's newest guarded surfing beach. This five bedroom home has one bedroom and a half bath on the main floor, and four bedrooms and a full bath on the upper floor. There is also a full bath with shower on the main floor at the rear of the house, accessible from outside as well as inside the house. There is an ocean view deck off the front bedroom, and the patio area behind the house is perfect for outdoor dining. This property sleeps up to twelve people and has room to park at least four cars.
