COMMENTS

The built in swimming pool is the focal point of this Ocean City Gardens single family home. When you step inside the front door, the open living and dining area spread forward to the full glass far wall, where you can see the pool beyond. The left wing has three bedrooms and a full bath, and the right wing includes a modern kitchen, a den and a second full bath. Upstairs is a large dormered sleeping room. This house, just three blocks from a guarded swimming beach and a half mile from the start of the boardwalk, is also convenient to Atlantic City and Somers Point via the Longport Bridge. Dogs are allowed with owner approval and a $200 nonrefundable pet charge, $100 charge for each additional dog.
