It's the only beachfront property with an adjoining blocked off Sand Street providing unobstructed views of Ocean City and Atlantic City. This 2nd floor condo features 4 large bedrooms, 2 and a half baths plus a full cabana bath. It has a large garage, storage, additional off street parking and a beach side grilling patio. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a large counter with four stools. The dining room seats eight and the living room has an entertainment center and comfortable seating for 8 to 10. Three separate furnished deck areas provide maximum flexibility for early and late sun. The beach side deck includes a dining table that seats 6 to 8 people and numerous chairs and 2 chaise lounges. You'll seldom need your car because the convenient location permits easy walking access to stores, restaurants, food markets, tennis and basketball courts, and bicycle rentals, a fully equipped playground and easy on and off island access via the 34th Street bridge.
